Spectrocoin charges it's users for $1, while international transactions are 3%. The loading fee is free.
There are also a few limits to take into account before ordering the card. What we are referring to here is primarily usage limits (minimum deposit, maximum deposit etc). The minimum load amount, as SpectroCoin calls it, is EUR 10, and the maximum balance you can hold on the card is EUR 8,000.
